GeneCut Web Service Launched
We are excited to announce that the GeneCut program is now available as a web service for everyone. It is designed for conducting computer-based gene assembly and molecular cloning experiments (with cloning functionality still in development) and was created in collaboration with scientists from ICBFM SB RAS.
The program allows users to break down nucleotide sequences into oligonucleotides and long blocks using scientifically validated algorithms and then assemble new genetic constructs from the resulting fragments. Additionally, it supports various manipulations with amino acid and nucleotide sequences.
Based on the results generated by the program, scientists can perform laboratory experiments with genetic material. Detailed reports created by the program are stored in a cloud database. To begin using the web service, all you need to do is register an account.
